Official Rules & Event Details


Event Dates
The Port Orange & South Daytona Local Business Easter Hunt runs from March 28 through April 4.



Riddles and clues will be shared on social media to help participants discover featured local businesses located throughout Port Orange and South Daytona.



Participants may visit participating businesses, locate the Easter Hunt clue, and scan the QR code at that location to access the entry form.

 
How to Enter:


Participants must complete the entry form to be entered into the giveaway.



Each completed form submission counts as one entry into:



• That business’s raffle prize

• The $250 Grand Prize drawing



Participants may visit participating businesses at any time during the event dates.  


Participants may submit one entry per day for each business location visited during the hunt.


Participants may visit as many participating businesses as they would like during the event.



For example, if a participant visits the same business on multiple days during the event and submits the entry form each day, each daily entry will count toward that business’s raffle and the grand prize drawing.


All entries must be submitted by 10:00 PM Eastern Time on April 4 to be eligible for the giveaway.

 
Bonus Entry Opportunities


Participants may earn additional entries by selecting bonus opportunities listed on the entry form.



Bonus opportunities may include actions such as:



• Following the featured business on social media

• Following Kalie Luckenbaugh or Lindsay Ackerman on social media

• Tagging the business, Kalie Luckenbaugh, and Lindsay Ackerman in a photo or story from their visit



Each bonus action selected on the form counts as one additional entry toward the Grand Prize drawing.

 
Business Raffle Prizes


Each participating business will provide its own raffle prize.



Entries submitted for that location will be eligible for that business’s individual raffle drawing.

 
Grand Prize


All entries collected during the event will also be entered into the $250 Grand Prize drawing hosted by the event organizers.

 
Winner Selection


Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.



Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form.



Winners will be notified on Monday, April 6.

 
Privacy & Contact Information


Information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, contact winners, and share occasional updates related to local businesses, events, and community resources.



Participants understand that their contact information may also be shared with the specific local business whose raffle they entered so that business may contact the winner and share updates about their business.



Information will not be sold or distributed beyond the scope of this event.

 
Additional Terms


• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.

• Only one form submission per participant per business location per day is permitted.

• Event organizers reserve the right to verify entries and disqualify duplicate or fraudulent submissions.

• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
